Account & Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Whether you sign in with Facebook, Google, or your phone number, you can request the deletion of all personal data stored by inmeet. Follow the in-app steps below or contact us if you can’t access your account.

Delete your data directly from the app

  1. Open the inmeet app

    Sign in with your account (Facebook, Google, or phone). From the tab bar, tap your profile photo to open the Settings menu.

  2. Navigate to Account → My Profile → Settings → Delete account

    Confirm the deletion request. We immediately sign you out, queue your personal data for removal from active systems, and begin purging backups according to our retention schedule.

Deleting your account also revokes any tokens from Facebook or Google sign-in and blocks further synchronisation from those providers.

No longer have access to the app?

Send us an email so we can verify your identity and process the deletion manually. Please include your Facebook user ID, the Google email linked to your account, your verified phone number, or any identifying information used on inmeet.

For security reasons we may ask for additional information before completing the deletion.

What happens after we receive your request

  • We acknowledge the request within 48 hours.
  • We deactivate the account so it is no longer visible or accessible.
  • We erase personal data from production databases and logs, and remove it from backups within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process has been completed. If you have any questions, please reply to that message so we can assist you.
